I graduated in 2022 and my current compensation is 30 lakhs base + 1 lakh Joining bonus + 3 lakhs performance bonus + 8 lakh ESOPs

This is a good compensation except the ESOPs value. I'd ask for 30L worth of ESOPs (equivalent to base).
