Every time I click a post doesn’t mean I want to reply, what’s with this keyboard layout popping up for no reason, may be I just want to read. This is actually a dark pattern to drive engagement.
Hi @RealOldmonk, it’d been designed the way @BiryaniEnthu mentioned above. Tapping any of a post’s title, description or the white space would open it in a full page for reading. Only tapping the comment button brought up the comment addition textbox.
Understand that it’s been confusing for you. We’re always working to improve the app’s UX, and will incorporate your feedback going forward. Thanks for sharing it. :)
I think it has been fixed now. Tried it in latest release
You must have clicked on Comment button.
I did that to open the post many times and realised it was my mistake.
I now open the post with the blank space around the post
Yes, tried and its the way its designed, generally may be I am too old for this UX, my understanding of clicking on comments will be to read the comments on that post
