Promising big rewards but backing out due to 'technical issues' is **bad business practice**. @CRED_club should own up to their commitments if they want to build lasting trust. **Disappointing for users, embarrassing for the ecosystem.** 2. Transparency and accountability are key to building trust. @CRED_club need to prioritize customer experience over damage control. Offering a ₹1K 'goodwill gesture' after canceling a jackpot worth ₹3.25L just adds insult to injury. This isn't how you build credibility. 3. **This is how great brands are destroyed:** Overpromising and underdelivering is a sure way to lose customer loyalty.
