EXERCISE! Even if for little while, but exercise 5 days a week. I try and do 20-30 mins of cardio and my pcos has been in control for the last 6 months.

I had a brief episode of PCOS and promptly took hormonal combination pills prescribed by a gynecologist. I've been dealing with PCOD for years. While doctors typically advise regular exercise to manage it, I've struggled to maintain consistency. Work stress and a lack of time for regular exercise have contributed to PCOD recurrence for me.
