I have 5 yoe in embedded systems. Got offer from Ather and Qualcomm. Both are from Bengaluru. Which one should I choose? I am from manufacturing sector, so Ather seems to be in the same domain. While Qualcomm is from semiconductors domain. Pay wise, both have same base except Qualcomm offers RSUs. Help me in the thought process.
I would have picked QComm as the exposure of products would be wider rather just automotive. Also, considering your background in manufacturing, it would be wiser (compensation/culture) to pivot to sophisticated tech for longevity & sustainability.
