Brutul tech interview processes burning me out
I've been interviewing for a while now, and I just went through a 5-hour marathon of coding challenges, system design questions, and behavioral interviews. By the end, I felt like I was being interrogated! Why do companies think this is a good way to assess talent? It’s exhausting and honestly feels more like a game than a fair evaluation. I'm so tired. There's so much competition and I often get to the last round which takes a shit ton of work but then get rejected. :(

I’d love for all of you to join our interactive community, where professionals can share ideas, ask questions, and collaborate on topics like DSA, AI, and Cloud. It’s the ideal space to connect, learn, and grow together!

Can’t wait to see you there!

I am not even getting any calls

i'm also prepping for interviews, it'd be really helpful if you could share what set of questions or topics were focused on mainly?
and, hey, i know it gets mentally exhausting but you did all you could and you did good. okay? whatever's meant for you, is waiting for you to stumble upon it. you just gotta have faith and keep going. i hope you find what you seek really soon! cheers! :))

Which company? All in one day?
