totally true. You can build influence only when you are in a position of power. Unless you are in leadership position or the leader asks for feedback do not give any idea. That's not your job. Those people are paid to do that. Just like a doctor who treat only for the symptoms said by the patient. Not for any other disease which he /she may know before the patient's starts getting the symptoms. Behave like that.
