Grapevine: What are your new year resolutions?

I'm starting this thread so that we all get a chance to voice it out loud and maybe this can act as some accountability.

My goals:

Gain 6 KGs weight and muscle Get promoted and increase CTC by 15% atleast Take my family on a pilgrimage tour this year I want to continue a healthy relationship with my awesome GF

  1. Play more sport
  2. Lost 9 kgs last year - want to lose around 9 more this year
  3. Reduce screen time
  4. Get better at maintaining relationships with people who matter

Actually not something too hard

  1. Fixed my diet - got a great cook who makes good food at home so don’t have to order in often
  2. Started eating fewer meals - realised I actually feel full for the day with one proper meal and other smaller meals.
  3. Because I started eating fewer meals, this naturally put my body in intermittent fasting - end up having my last meal by 8pm latest on most days.
  4. Played a lot of sports - atleast 4x per week; never went to the gym, want to start some weight training this year.
  5. Cut down on alcohol parties significantly - still have those wild parties but down to once in a few months from once a month.

Don’t believe in changing lifestyle drastically, it’s not sustainable - if I went too hard would have returned to old ways a lot faster which is counter productive.

Do regular workout. Stay away from NSFW zone. Get a switch this year. Trying to clear the ducking DSA zone. If find someone, then good.

Also, add quiting instgram via mobile application way. Reels are too time consuming as fuck.

Nice, you can visit Somnath, Nageshwar, Mahakaleshwar - all are nearby and can be done in one trip. Just completed them this year. Few more to go!

Lost 20kg last year- Lose 8-10kg more this year. Without loosing Muscle mass.
Stop Smoking- I go back to smoking at the slightest inconvenience, This is tough. Increase attention span- Relinquish reels, snapchat and whatever is causing this. Start meditation maybe.
