Your body will do that if u eat healthy and exercise regularly. But ofc. depending on damage u need to do it for a long time like few years to see change

Use Castrol oil with any base oil like coconut/natural almonds or olive oil.
Use milf shampoo
Use hair mask of curd,banana and earthen powder.
