Oracle work culture
What are your views on Oracle for a fresher from top IIT/NIT? It can be anything related to work culture, salary, office politics, chances for going abroad etc.
In oracle being part of the GIU, most freshers don’t work in the latest tech and feel left behind compared to their peers in other companies. So how do you prepare for a shift from Oracle for a tech role in other companies and for a better pay too?
Upskill in trending tech, get certifications, and gain hands-on experience. Apply for internal roles. Prepare for interviews. Network with peers and mentors. Switch after gaining experience for better leverage.
But the problem here is I am not working and learning latest tech in oracle in my role.I am learning OJET,PLSQL but not sure if I will even get to work on it.
How do I prepare for a shift in detail?
With more experience in the roles I am currently in looks like it will reduce my leverage to shift.
Is internal shifting easy?
