I am currently serving notice period. The bosses are very toxic and arrogant. The scrum master needs update on all the bugs which were opened yesterday or else he cc's my manager and complains which puts me in a lot stress.
Also While resigning they neither tried to retain me nor gave any hike.
How should I handle these cases in my Np.
Notice period is good time to take revenge but I would not recommend to do so. Try giving your best and leave with good note, we will live on tiny planet remember.
If you are not planning to join same company even if they match offer or give you more hike and if people are really toxic there then stop putting your efforts there. We live in a very small planet but with lot of other good options. Just find and explore!
