Is it okay to change your role title in your resume if it doesn't clearly reflect what you do at work?
My role title is DevOps but 80% of my work is backend development. Is it okay to remove DevOps from my role title?
Will this affect me if I get another job and they find out my role title was different than stated through background checks?

It takes time to understand and master any domain. You have to do something substantial. Where has the humility gone? Does calling yourself Leader increases chances of getting jobs? It’s mind boggling And shallow.
