Let’s talk about something that doesn’t get enough attention in tech: mentorship. We all know this industry can be overwhelming—learning curves that feel like mountains, imposter syndrome creeping in, and the constant pressure to keep up with new tools and trends. But the right mentor? They can be a cheat code. 🚀
I’ve seen people credit their mentors for landing dream jobs, navigating tricky office politics, or just figuring out what the heck they want to do with their careers. On the flip side, I’ve also heard folks say mentorship didn’t work out for them—or that they never had access to it at all.
