Does anybody have idea about how's qapita startup doing in the ESOP management space ? Also how's the culture there
It's always something to look forward to in a startup. But wanting to know if it's actually meaningful. Are you making good money from it? Anybody around you who is making good money from it.
This would really help a lot of us in start...
Where did you work and how much money did you make?
Asking as it looks like a lot of promise of ESOPs and wealth creation has failed employees in this bloodbath slow growth, layoffs, and job changes.
I have had ESOPS in 2 companies #1 - company got acquired ..I got 45 Lacs IN ESOP ...thats 1.5X of my last annualize...
Haven't heard a lot about it, but I'm sure folks working there since 2017-18 or so would have made close to 3-4 Cr by now? did some mid-senior people retire from that money?
