I don't know man, my local kajal turns into a thin layer of kajal peel stuck to my eye. It doesn't smudge, but I can peel off 😂😂

As far as I know, there's no way you can guarantee smudge proof since our eyes are always moisturized.

Kajal on the eyelids is the answer to your question 😂😂
