Recognise the efforts

Sometimes it is really frustrating..we give everything for our job including our family time on important days but sadly it doesn't get recognised.....for the name sake the leaves are given and yes we take leaves only to update the same in the system for HR policies but actually we are working on the same day for extra time. Recognise the efforts during our performance review not the mistakes. Hope you all agree with me
