Few years back I asked one of my friend/teacher to set her phone password to "iamhappy". She used to always feel negative and sad due to circumstances. I met her after few months and she mentioned on her own that just typing the password so many times has changed her life.
I knew this will work because if we keep on repeating something verbally or in any way, then that thing starts coming you. Most easiest example is - chanting name of God. More we do it, more we feel closer to God.
