Roast my resume
I'm getting zero to none interview calls from past few months, please roast my resume, any input would be highly valuable for me
Skills .. UAT and SIT are not skills .. Benchmark research is not a skill
It is clear that you have taken wordings from many places and prepared it ..
Digital transformation? Just saw it in beginning
Well that a quick feedback .. didn’t even go through it fully
So what do you suggest? :)
Read you own resume like you are seeing it for the first time ..Repeat ..Repeat. I guess analysis is something you are good at .. next skill is synthesis.. you have got the right info .. u need to combine the best and put it in a structured way . Best if u urself give it a try..
It's 2023, terms like digital transformation are used by folks above 40.
Try adding more verbs like built, developed, launched.
One line about the project then focus should be on the impact with numbers. Rest all is fluff.
Best to use a STAR methodology while writing points.
First, figure out the top 6-8 things you did. Then structure it as situation, task/s, actions and results. Do this for all, highlight words that are important (NLP, Gen AI, RPA, etc since you've done digital transformation). Doing research etc is something everyone does, but what did it achieve is more important. Definitely add numbers or quantify impact and remove unnecessary content, don't just fill up space for the heck of it

Not getting any response, stuck on an internship with 0 growth.
If its about projects, please suggest what kind of projects should I build. I'm currently learning nextjs and typescript.
Review my resume and give constructive feedback.
Roast if you feel it is to be roasted.
