Simon Sinek is so annoying OMG

As a manager in a fast-paced tech company, I think advice oversimplifies the challenges. 'Starting with why’ is great for vision-setting maybe in Google, but it doesn’t always help when you’re stuck balancing team dynamics, tight deadlines, and resource constraints and needed to deliver something yesterday! All he does is feel-good talks without any actionable advice.
