Sincere request to all the to be promoted ones

• Remember from you came from and treat all the ones below your level as good as what you have been expecting from above your roles.
• Don't play with anyones career like few did with someone of us.
• There might be people with higher experience/expertise than you.. Give them a lift if you have the power.
• There might be low performers give them good guidance. They too have/will have a family to see them succeed Or atleast sustain.
