In salary discussion with McCormick Gurgaon. I'm currently at 35L (30 fixed) / 11 yoe. What should the ideal number be for this new role? Interviews were very good. I quoted 50.5L total comp but they came back with 42L +3L JB. They might reflect on my ask once again but want to know what is a good number for me to ask. I am thinking 46.5. I will also have to relocate from BLR to GGN for this. TIA.
I think what you are asking is a fair number. You should ask for atleast 30% unless you want to get out of your current company at any cost
