Ready AI, is an application and website published by M/s. Watercooler Chat Private Limited and / or its affiliates (collectively referred to “Ready AI”, “Ready”, “service”, “Watercooler Chat”, “us”, “we” or “our”) that provides end users (“end users” or “you”) an interview learning, practice, and revision tool. Ready AI is available on the Google Playstore or Apple Appstore.

We respect your privacy, and we are committed to protecting it.  This Privacy Policy is designed to help you understand how we collect, use, process, and share your personal information and to help you understand and exercise your privacy rights. This Policy will be applicable to you when you use Ready AI. Users are offered choices about the data that is collected, used, and shared, as stated in the Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy, together with our Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern the collection, disclosure and processing of your data and is applicable to all the information collected through the Platforms, upon the use of such Platforms, any related services, marketing, events and/or any other locations that are in any way linked to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Services”).

Our servers may automatically log standard data provided by your device upon the use of Ready AI, such as browser type, device type, and version, Internet Protocol (IP) address, geolocation data, username, phone number or and email. The User acknowledges that it is their duty to inform us of rectification or amendment pertaining to any changes to their personal data.

Your consent to use your personal information may be required in certain circumstances and the same may be withdrawn at any time by reaching out to us via the contact details provided in this Privacy Policy. We shall get in touch with you whenever consent to process any data is required.

We collect, store, use and process your information in order to provide you with a tailored educative experience on Ready AI that is in line with your preferences and improves your skill gaps, in accordance with our Terms.

2. To tailor our services (such as conversations and interviews) for you. Such decisions may be taken by AI models.

To protect us or others in good faith

We will disclose data If we believe in good faith such disclosure is necessary in order to:

All service providers we engage are restricted to only utilizing the information on our behalf and following our instructions. In case of change of control

If we sell or otherwise transfer part or all of Watercooler chat private limited or our assets to another entity (e.g., in the course of a transaction such as a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, dissolution or liquidation), your information collected through the Service may be among the items sold or transferred. The purchaser or transferee will be required to honour the commitments we have made in this Privacy Policy.

Policy pertaining to children’s data

Ready is meant to be a service for working professionals and students above the age of consent established by data privacy laws in their local jurisdiction.

1. We do not knowingly collect, solicit any information and provide our services to anyone under the age of consent.

2. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from anyone under the age of consent established by the data protection law of their applicable country, we will take all commercially reasonable steps to erase such information as quickly as possible upon the same being brought to our notice.

3. If you are a parent or guardian who has reason to believe that Ready AI may possess any personal information pertaining to a child below the age of consent, please contact us. Upon being made aware, Ready AI will take all commercially reasonable steps to erase such information as quickly as possible upon the same.

All Ready AI users have the following rights with regard to any information that Ready AI may collect, store, use, process or share:

1. Users have the right to access their personal information stored with us, how we use it, and who we share it with.

2. Users have the right to correct any inaccurate or wrong personal information.

4. Wherever Ready AI relies upon on consent of the user to process personal information, users may withdraw such consent at any time. However, in circumstances where it may be lawful for Ready AI to continue processing without consent, Ready AI may do so, provided there is a legitimate reason for doing so.

Please note that Ready AI is only available to download only in India and we are not under legal obligation to fulfil CCPA or GDPR requests. We do, however, intend to help users of our Services with additional rights as a good-will gesture on a case to case basis but do not provide guarantees of the same.

If you want us to stop collecting any further data, you stop accessing the platform. Additionally, we do not discriminate against users of our Services based on whether they have exercised their rights under any privacy laws.

Any grievances regarding the collection, usage, transfer, or processing of the User’s personal data may be raised before the Grievance Redressal Officer, accessible at support@gvine.app. Furthermore, please note that the said rights are not absolute and may be limited by the applicable law in force at time.
