24 is less. If you have internship experience this should go somewhere above 55

Yeah. I get the sarcasm but when your friends are actually getting placed at upwards of 50LPA and the highest being 1.2CPA you need to know what's actually happening in the market.

My current CTC is 4.25 with 3.25 base and they retain half the base for year and give back once you complete a year in company...
