I got an offer for App development lead (manag -9) in SAP Integration of 16Lpa (fixed) and 27% variable though in starting it was mentioned that budget is 20.5lpa to 22.5lpa fixed. But now they are saying if I will come with any counter offer, they will increase. How much salary they can give for this role? Please advise. Will they increase?

I have had the worst experience with Accenture HR team. They have been calling me since march. Saying they will be scheduling the interview. But till now it has not happened. I have given my time n the interviewer never shows up. I get a rescheduling mail always.

Hi everyone, I received an offer from Accenture today with the following breakdown: • Fixed: 9.4 LPA • Variable: 1.97 LPA (21%) • Total CTC: 11.3 LPA • Level: 10 Currently, I’m working at TCS with a CTC of 7.9 LPA (1 LPA variable) and have 2.5 years of experience. Would you recommend accepting the offer from Accenture or staying with TCS? Any advice on this would be really helpful! Thanks!

I want to know that am i actually hired? After giving my interview i’ve received a call that i have been selected and we have discussed the salary package. Then they have updated the offer letter, cover letter and other documents on the accenture portal, where they told me to e-sign them. (While signing them i was receiving emails) After that i have not received anything from anyone. Nothing. Is the right thing? Does accenture only provide offer letter on portal? In my cover letter my joining place is written as Bangalore but which one in Bangalore? My joining is on 7th oct. Please confirm me if anyone is getting hired or already hired in accenture is it the right way? Thanks

I have been offered management consultant role L9 at Accenture S&C GN. I have 5 years of experience in SAP and have been with deloitte usi for last 2 years. Works is good but the compensation is what bothers me. Is it a wise decision to switch to accenture strategy if they are offering 60% hike? Please help!!
