I am a 2024 graduate and I got an oncampus placement in media.net in December 2023 and initially my date of joining was july 2024. A month ago I got call from there HR that my joining date is postponed to August 2024. Now today , they call us and inform that the date of joining is further postponed to 6th Jaunuary 2025 . What are we supposed to do in this scenario? If anyone has any openings please let me know.

Heard it's laying off 30% of its tech workforce.

Entire team at media.net is laid off. Whole BU is laid off including analyst & senior PM's.

media.net (DirectI group) has postponed the joining of product managers hired from campus placements of top BSchools of India, IIM ABCL ISB XLRI etc. No specific timeline has been provided, HR said “joining is postponed”, that’s it. Insider news is that layoffs are happening at media.net and employees haven’t been given any appraisals this year.
