I received an offer from both companies around the same pay 40 lpa. I am confused between choosing the right one. I am married with a kid. Looking for a balanced work like culture. If you have an opinion please do share.

I want to know if US Market opens after 8pm according to Indian time, then how does Motilal Oswal Nasdaq 100 ETF trades according to Indian Market time (9am to 3:30pm)? Does it do after market trading? Asking here as unable to find explanation on internet.
