Hi Everyone, I’ve got a good offer from Lancesoft to join Shell as my client. Can anybody post reviews as to how the WLB would be or any comments?

I recently got an offer from Shell for Software Engineer - Salesforce Developer role? Wanted to know if I should accept the offer or consider a different company? Package offered is 20 LPA. I am 5 years experienced SF Developer.

Many contractors across the board have been fired. Massive budget cuts happening right now at Shell. Folks are feeling drained seeing this happening, next rounds are also being planned. Worst time to do this, especially with the festive season and year-end lined up. 😞

Got to hear Shell Bangalore fired employees in their all-hands meeting today. No details of severance yet. Impacted roles - Data-science, backend developers, etc
