So most of the byjus folks and a few Paytm Folks recently joined Nielsen Media. And I will say there is a guy who has worked with Flipkart, Swiggy and Byjus is scheduling a daily call with 60+ people. So this guy along with his subordinates bragged about their Byjus experience and Paytm experience. Also these guys joke about the existing senior leaderships and planning to lay them off. The worst thing is that these guys are doing micro management 101. Staying here just because of my manager as he is very nice and he belongs to the existing senior leadership. So anyone who is reading this if you are from Flipkart/Oracle/Swiggy/Byjus tell me how was this guy(let's call him Mr SJ) in your organization.

NEILSON recently brought in the entire leadership team from Byju's, and the impact has been profound. The fallout is severe: work-life balance has plummeted, morale is at an all-time low, and productivity is suffering. The once collaborative and cohesive environment at NEILSON now feels like a hostile, divided territory where strategic maneuvering and alliances overshadow professional collaboration.

I need urgent help with an issue I'm facing with Byju's. Despite sending multiple emails to the off-boarding team, I have not received my relieving and experience letters. These documents are crucial for my onboarding process with a new organization, and the delay is affecting my employment status. I kindly request Byju's to expedite the issuance of these documents. Any assistance or leads on how to resolve this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your help

[2011- 2021] Employees at 22b $ valuation: upto 10K [2022 - 2024] Between this period byjus employees count went upto 50k and within a year came down back to original. [2024] Employees at 3b $ valuation: 12k So what went wrong in 2022 and 2023 ? The Answer to this is CORPORATE MAFIA You can identify them from their operation 1) At first couple of the members of the mafia will join any organisation as a leader. 2) Initially they will build good relationships with leadership and set imaginary sweet goals for organisational growth and sell lies. 3) They lay off / underpay existing loyal employees 4) Finally they replace existing employees with their ex- colleagues and friends who were comparatively less productive but more expensive. 5) They will take all the growth opportunities and share among themselves. 6) At the end the organisation cost increases but the actual goal is still far enough to be achieved ever.

Tentatively JAN third week. ( no runway left for Feb) - Employees could be paid in Esop’s valued at 2.7B $ as per internal disscussions. CLE, Content, Tech and product teams are going to be sliced. Rumors from the grapevine - Byjus has laid off a lot of people in the tech team. A person i know who works there mentioned 7 out of 10 people in his team were laid off.
