So, recently, I interviewed for an Ed-tech firm. The questions asked were standard & i answered them pretty well. The instant feedback I received was good as well. But i got a rejection mail 2 days later. The guy who took the interview was a 2024 grad, an APM with only 3 months of full-time experience & 7 months of internship experience at the same company. Now, I am used to rejections without feedback but this one felt a bit different. Somehow, I felt weird about being judged by someone who has much less experience than me. I thought to myself "was this a fair assessment?", "would a senior interviewer analyze my skillsets differently?" Just wondering, has anyone ever felt the same? If so, have you dealt with it any differently other than just moving on? Would love to know your perspectives

The lack of critical thinking these days is driving me nuts. I've got a few people on my team who've somehow BS'd their way into roles they can't handle. They can't do anything that takes more than a minute of actual thought. It's like all I get is copy-pasted ChatGPT output for the simplest questions. Makes me seriously worried about how they will get better over time (as a lot of us did). We're churning out folks who can't think for themselves, and it's scary as hell.

What is the average salary of a junior software engineer at CronLabs Solutions? Is it better than the average market standard?

I am a junior product designer interning at a YC startup. I easily put 10-12 hrs of work each day. But I feel stuck sometimes, I want to bring more impact to the company and sector we're working on. How to grow as a designer from here.

Guys please give me some tips to become fearless. I alway fear in every work. Whether it's joining new company,taking some tough work, doing something new, you name it and I always have fear. Fear of what will happen next,how will I manage that, is it even possible, what if they don't like me etc etc etc. I am currently in my early 20's and I don't want to spend my life fearing from everything. Please peeps guide me or give some mantras based on your life experiences how not to fear or how not to get that feeling.
