This would've been the situation 1-2 years ago already if covid didn't happen. Water use reduction by commercial activities saved some time but it's back to square one.
This not a flats problem, This is india level planning and population issue. Even smaller city like Jaipur has water shortage issues.
Yes, it is. High density housing issue. Too many people in too little places are crammed together. Causing not only water but pollution and traffic issues.
Just last month I said to encourage water plant building by hype marketing it as a startup idea like "building infra for water decentralisation using AI".
