2 weeks into a new job, got another better offer. worth switching?

Got a new job at Visa Inc. 2 weeks in, got an offer from target with 9lpa increase on base.

The TC difference is around 22% because visa is giving lot of RSU. Target is giving no stocks.

Work is good at visa. Culture and WLB looks pretty chill at visa, leadership is also nice so far. no overwork or micromanagement, supportive leaders. Product is also very good at visa. Business of visa product is better in terms of resume value also (business wise). Lot of GenAI push though.

For target tech stack is definitely better and product is also a resume standout product (Engineering wise), one of the key services in target lot's of scale as well & good engineering from initial impression.

Target got best employer this year on Blind.

shall i make the switch, ask for raise or keep mum?

Keep mum, stay @ visa
Ask for raise, stay regardless
Ask for raise, leave if no raise
Leave regardless

So aggregately, visa's TC is more, especially as they are giving RSUs ryt? I would obviously go for Visa then. I have a save/invest mindset, so for me, Stocks>>>

no no, target pay is still more. what i meant was. since target pays 9L more base. the diff is still reduced by visa RSU. target still pays 22% more considering the RSUs
