2 words for hiring
LinkedIn is becoming new instagram. And job hunting on naukari is like finding niddle in grass(though i acknowledge we get call from naukari). Other hiring platforms I tried but 0 results.
So all Bhayia, Didi post on linkdin. Sharing struggles higher lpa but when it comes for referal, say , " Let's connect on topmate give 500 😐.
I personally see a lot of issue with hiring platforms.
I was thinking of building one where no story post drama. Only jobs apply similar to naukari, but in a systemic way like you will only do the jobs you are fit for.like if you have 4 year exp, then you will not see the 6year job post at all. Next, only limited no of people can apply for a job. There is no need for 1k people on one post. And then the main thing is a system where company employees will post job opening and candidates directly get referred ,no connections drama. All candidates need to follow one resume format only.
I'm not sure if this makes any sense, but that's what I thought Any tips, any thoughts, or any suggestions. Can anybody enlighten on this topic.
OR I am just thinking too much.

The problem with any job platform ever is that it's not designed to handle large amounts of desperate unemployed people. And you cannot enforce any criteria since people will just create a profile that matches the job description with a new email address. This solution never scales as long as candidates have the ability to "apply". So, if you decide to build one, make sure candidates can't directly apply to a job post.

Very true, Either need to figure a way to detect this user already have a profile. But thank for suggestion
