Happy to refer you if you came across any openings in my company.

On unwanted advice - in management consulting, you’LL hardly get a good wlb. So either change your career or your requirement.

Interesting, that’s where this is coming from. I am not into the kind of work I’m doing (not enjoying at all), that’s why I would just want to work for 8 hours a day and dedicate the rest of the time to figuring out the stuff. If I enjoy the work then there's no harm in putting 14 hours @ 22 y/O.

I don't understand the concept of wlb, I mean it can be not bad all the times, but yeah on some days it can be a lot. Also since you are quite early in your career I would advice don't just change roles for the sake of getting good wlb..... you can change them afterwards when you gain some experience, after experience you can also opt for remote roles. I have seen people changing roles but not too early.

Moreover if you plan to change look for factors like growth potential, your interests and frequency of job openings for those roles. If you find any such open roles that aligns your interests in my company feel free to ping me i will refer you. All the best!!.

According to you what is good work life balance? If you want to just work 8 hrs and then go home then probably big MNC only have that type of wlb
