5 years and feeling stuck
Feeling quite low and unsure about where I stand in my career right now.
I have nearly 5 years of experience in a non-tech role, currently working at a Big 4, earning 9 LPA. Honestly, that feels really low for someone at this stage. I have been pushing hard, applying to new roles, trying to upskill, reaching out. but I haven’t heard back from anywhere. Not even rejections. Just silence.
It’s hard not to feel hopeless. The lack of progress is draining. If anyone has been through something similar or has advice, referrals, it would really mean a lot.

Understandable... I'm in a tech role, 3.5 yoe, stuck earning less than 7 at a toxic workplace. Applying since the past few weeks, but haven't received any calls yet.
No advice except to grind, keep upskilling and applying 🥲🫂
