1 month rent confiscated as painting charges from the deposit amount. I paid 25k as painting charges for a 400sqft apartment in Koramangala, Bangalore. My dad was screaming on top of his voice as to how it can cost that much to paint a house that was lived in fot hardly 10months. I had to explain him that its a normalised scam. 😐
