How is the company and culture? Looking at the future of manufacturing in India, I see there is good scope but their product still looks very old school, is it because of the team or is it just the way that industry works?
Did anyone even use IndiaMart and get service ?
I used to use it a lot when I got my first job as a Marketing/Sales guy, they have very solid business imo. Very helpful in getting in touch with potential customers. It's been more than 3 years since I last used it so I don't really know what they're up to nowadays.
Okay, company. Has a cost-saving culture. Fair WLB. Average Pay. Limited High Performers.
Profitable one … by huge margins. Rest everything is a noise. Product vroduct are just vanity metrics
