It is useful only if you have a love for movies.
I have had a mubi subscription for >2 years now. I agree with the other comments that you probably won't be using it as frequently as other OTT platforms.
I watch like 1-2 movies a month on Mubi, and every once in a while I come across some movie that completely blows my mind away.
And it's hard to find such movies I believe.
The indie stuff that you will find on Mubi, you won't find anywhere else. Thanks to Mubi, festival films are now available to watch online.
Let me know if you'd maybe like any recommendations on Mubi :)
It's good, but you can't bring yourself to watch too many of their titles just because it's 'world cinema'. It's great if you like certain directors and style, but after a while you won't really be watching Mubi weekend after weekend. Try for 6 months and then see. I hardly know of anyone who was a repeat subscriber after 1 year subscription.
Alright. Good enough explanation Perhaps that’s why I’m looking for someone who might be equally interested in buying. It’s better if you split it among people for trying out purposes
I subscribed it in early 2020-21, unsubscribed after 6 months since i wasn't getting enough time to watch those films. It is a good platform if you are into world cinema.
Would you recommend or consider buying it again with half the bill. Like if we split it? But totally agree with your part that it’s useful more if you’re into world cinema
Subscription Products by Indian Startups
Subscription Products(paid at start) have never worked in India for Consumer Products. COUNTRY DELIGHT/ OTT platforms are becoming an exception, Is India ready for subscription products? What subscriptions apart from above you have taken?

Newspaper, magazines (no more), water filter, milk (buffalo milk from nearby dairy), gas, electricity, water all are ...

Subscription needs loyalty. Indian consumers are experimental. We like trying out the shiny new toy at the store.
Jio Cinema salaries?
Does anyone have any idea how much are they offering to engineers? They've been poaching a lot of Hotstar people. How has the hike been over there?
