A lender employer who thinks that they employee Cohort might require a personal loan is them admitting that they are a shitty paymaster!

Everything else is find: home loan, car loan etc. But personal loans are one product that a company shouldn't feel proud when a lot of their employees are their own customers.

This all happens because there is lack of strict information and data usage laws. Some MNCs have to follow these laws in India also which prohibits them using or sharing and candidate information stored on their system for marketing, promotion or any purpose other than hiring. They can't even store employee data more than 3 months without candidate's explicit permission.

India lacks such laws and hence this BC.
