Feedback required
I am joining British Telecom this month as an intern for 6 months. I have no idea about the company and work culture as none of my seniors are working here. Any suggestions or feedbacks?
Digital might be better hopefully but main BT is too much hierarchical

My friend joined BT in operations (gurgaon) , worked for 2+ yr.
As per him the experience was shit, the manager were incompetent & internal politics was rampant. There's nothing much to learn as well.
Again this is about operations client facing team in gurgaon. Feedback about other teams might be different.
