does anyone know if flipkart give esops or RSUs to their employees? in esops you have to pay money to get them after vesting whereas RSUs are given directly upon vesting without you paying money

Tech Stack = Java, Springboot, Distributed System etc Microsoft Hyderabad Offer Base: 26 LPA Performance Bonus: 20%(5.2 LPA) Stocks: $40k for 4 years => Almost 8 Lac per year Relocation Bonus: 4 Lac CTC for 1st year = 44 LPA After one year, Total CTC: 40 LPA Designation = Software Engineer II(L61) – Consumer Identity Experiences Team Tech Stack = C++, windows Please suggest which offer I should choose and what factors I should consider when making my decision. Which organization will help me with my long-term personal growth, such as for 3-4 years?
