Evaluate options like SGB compared to Gullak. I think 10 - 12% return is factored as CAGR for gold and 4 - 6% is interest that they offer. I think they don't fall under the purview of either RBI or SEBI. So, if anything goes wrong, you don't have regulator safeguarding retail consumer interest.

Don't do something your grandparents wouldn't do. What's the point of getting 5% more if your capital (100%) is at risk? Better to know the risk and put your money in mama Earth

Curious on why people save in digi gold offered by such platforms

Based on the numbers given, their daily transacting users should be around ~400-500k. 10M app downloads or 2 cr users as per app store. Definitely shows a leaky bucket in retention but impressed that half million transact everyday. Any users or people you know who invest?
