How are Revolut strategy & ops role?

For someone with ~2 yrs post MBA experience in mgmt consulting, exploring exits at Revolut.

  1. How is the growth here? Over the next 3-5 yrs, can folks expect 15-20% CAGR cash component growth?

  2. What do people do after Revolut? There aren't many mature fintechs that can pay similar?

  3. How is the ESOP game playing out? Have there been any but backs? 3-5 yrs into the firm, what is the most likely ESOP allocation?

  4. I've heard working hours are like 10am-7pm. Is that accurate across most teams? Do folks work weekend?

  5. How is the culture? Is there top-down aggression/ hard culture? Given everything is remote, do folks ever meet in person?

The above article fairly depicts Revolut’s activity in India. While they have just received PPI licence - they are yet to launch their India business.

Strategy and Ops role are a part of Revolut Technologies which serves as a back end for Revolut’s global business - has tons of people there.

While money is good, there are steep deadlines and Revolut is known for its hire and fire culture.

Unless you join their Indian entity - Revolut Payments, it is going to be another glorified shared services job.

Revolut? Ah, the digital banking revolution! Growth? Sky's the limit, my friend. But remember, "Dhande mein risk hai, par growth bhi hai." (There's risk in business, but there's growth too.)
