How do I tackle 90 days notice period?

My company has 90 days notice period. I get calls but my interview never gets scheduled because of the notice period. How should I deal with it ?

Company has a 90 days notice and i getting very less calls due to this. Putting 30-60 days notice on job portals increased the opportunity but I am bad at lying and when i tell them officially its 90 days , they just run away. How to deal with this? Also my company dont believe in buyouts or early releases🙂

Because of 3 month notice period lot of calls stopped.

I am working in Capgemini. I have 2 yoe experience. Wherever i apply either they skip my profile or HR rejects it when she/ he hears of 3 months notice period. Is there any suggestions how to handle this problem. Why every company needs employees immediate but they have 1-3 months compulsory notice period.

How can I reassure them I'm committed despite the extended notice period? 4) Evaluating Offers If a company is unwilling to wait the full 3 months, is it worth trying to negotiate a shorter notice period or looking at temporary/contracting roles until I can start full-time? How do I evaluate whether the role is worth that hassle? I want to be as prepared as possible for this transition, so any advice or suggestions from folks who have gone through a job change with a long notice period would be greatly appreciated! I am getting calls from the recruitment team but my notice period is 3 months & I'm not serving it. But companies require a person who can join in a month or 2 months. What should i do How should I handle a 3 month notice period.

I have been searching for jobs since last few months and initially I used to mention my notice period as 90 days. Recruiters used to treat me like minorities in this country. Then I updated it to 60 days actual still being 90 days. However, I started fetching interview calls and eventually cracked one today. The company wants me to join ASAP with an option to buyout the notice period. However, my current company is stuck to age old 90 day notice period and I don't think there's a buyout option with them. I do have seen a case of 37 day release but need help in ways of tackling with this 90 day NP. P.S. Deployed on client side. Have amazing working relationship with the client manager. But don't want to utilise that as I am not sure if it will turn out good or bad. As I have seen things turning hostile once you put down papers. Any suggestions would be really helpful! Thanks.
