How much does a person need to earn in bangalore

I know this is very vague bordering on stupidity, but for a single guy to survive in Bangalore, what is like the average monthly expense etc, if planning to stay in a small house while eating outside Does an average Software Engg job cross that threshold

1.5 lakhs is a good estimate. Considering you want some form for quality of life: 1. Flat rentals, 1 BHK... 15-18K a month. Depends on area. I stayed in Peenya. If you are sharing the 11-14K . Anything closer to main city is upwards of 15K - 20K. 2. Electricity bill, water bills, society maintainence, gym membership, pool BS will cost you upwards of 6K easily. 3. Transportation will cost you easily 4-5K a month. Rapido, Namma Yatri, Metro Pass. 4. Weekend outing at famous bars, restaurant s can cost you easily upwards of 10K. 5. Spending for some good bodycare and protein ... 4K appx. 6. Laundiya patana, ghumana and cho** will easily take you 10K (condoms are god damn expensive when she says she want more 😉) 7. I know blinkit is awesome, but you are also paying more. 8. Flight tickets assuming your home is >= 1000 kms, easily 6-8K per every three months. So roughly 55K for good lifestyle. You can decrease it max upto 35K but then expect yourself to be avoiding parties, laundiya ghumana etc. I managed upto 45K max. I hope you are claiming those 200 units and is able to cook his own god damn meal. I used to cook a lot, even though I was earning good, but I stayed away from cooks, tiffins from aunty in a society and what not. I used to spend like a begger to live like an HNI. If I have left somthing out, anybody please feel free to add up.
