I really need to know how ola employees are still facing him?

I just across this news, I mean really? He is CEO? How people's supported this mindset? Why people's still working in OLA? Is it because they fear sacking? Bhai life important hai naukri toh aari jaati rahegi. https://www.ndtv.com/india-news/ola-ceo-calls-for-70-hour-work-week-doctor-warns-of-premature-death-risk-6088231

💯 Agree, But there is a very thin line btw working hard for the org and being used by the org, and if this happens it turns into toxic culture and that has potential to spead in peers org.
