Not really. It's only for new to bank. If you do have existing card of hdfc, income criteria isn't checked. You can ask for upgrade to this card if you have done 5L spends in last 6 months and you have reached floor limit (8L) in your existing credit card

Because it's the top most card from HDFC which is the market leader in credit cards + it offers amazing benefits like minimum 3.3% rewards points on all purchases which goes upto 33%. Meaning you get things (T&C Applied) at 1/3rd price.

Okay, so high reward points + good complimentary benefits like movie tickets/airport lounge access/golf games etc.
Although I see all this coming at a yearly fee of 12.5k. As someone who fulfill the entry requirements of this card but has low credit card spend (8k-10k monthly), not sure about the usability of hdfc infinia in my scenario.

I have Infinia too and it's the best card tbh.
I can give you all the secrets and tips bro, but I'm too lazy to type such a long paragraph here 😅
call concierge and they will explain everything. Also people saying it’s eligibility is 42lpa, it’s not. It is invite only and you have to be in good books with the bank.
I never had a cc and my first card was Infinia.

I've been using Infinia for a while now and I think it's the simplest card to use and get maximum returns out of.
Spend everything via Infinia. Get a virtual add on that enables UPI so that you can pay even at places that don't have a card machine. Even with the convenience fee, you'll get much more returns via reward points so it's worth it.
Use MMT, Nykaa etc via Smartbuy to get 5X - 10X reward points. Also use Gyftr to create gift cards for shopping and you'll get even more discounts.
Reward points - Once you have enough, spend on Tanishq or Apple products. These two places will get you the most value.

First, setup auto pay for bills. Use smartbuy to get extra rewards and book flights with points (1 pt = 1 Re). Smartbuy isn't the best in terms of value but you get dedicated customer support. Next, pay insurance, premiums with the card. Get addon card for family.

Use Smartbuy for everything. Flight tickets there are competitively priced. Haven’t tried hotels yet.
You can buy Swiggy, Zomato gift cards there to apply to your own account and use for food purchases, same for BigBasket and other purchases. There are limits, but these give you a lot of points. This is in addition to some of the suggestions above(insurance premiums etc)

Use smartbuy Infinia for all your travel bookings - 3x 5x 10x rewards on booking through that. Use the same rewards to then book travel through the same platform. Pay insurance premiums using Infinia - multi x rewards for the same.
Use priority pass airport lounges in domestic and international airports for free
Buy using Flipkart from smartbuy for multi x rewards

Buy flipkart, amazon, myntra vouchers through smartbuy (all have 5x RP ~ 16.67% RP). Apart from this, you can buy other brand vouchers which you can use in offline stores (100+ brands including Croma, pantaloons, max, lifestyle, etc) all at 5x. Also, book flights, hotels, train, bus etc from Smartbuy for 5x-10x RPs.
