IDFC first credit card
Has anyone got this?
Every time I apply they say some error or not eligible. Dumb mfs don't give any details and can't contact them.
I have many other CCs and a good score.
Using first select since 9-10 months.
If you often watch movies, you can consider. But, the reward to vouture (inr) is not that good.
Im seeing onecard giving a lot of discounts on food apps though
I've IDFC basic credit card, their online application process is mess, even if you fill 40lpa won't ask for income proof and allot the card based on highest credit limit reported on your cibil, sometimes it'll show their FD backed card then change to premium varient automatically.
Their onboarding is a crapshoot too. God forbid you miss out on their eKYC link, your application is screwed. They won’t bother sending you an email with that link (the way they are supposed to).
Worse is their upgrade system, can't get to their higher varient form existing card (by income/ usage history), need to close that wait 6 month and reapply with other card with higher limit 🤣
AU bank is even more bullshit, they'll ask for permission of cibil hit for accepting card upgrade which they themselves send in email communication that you're eligible for upgrade.
IDFC and AU are my nemisis 😤😤😤😤
Everyday I get 2 - 3 calls informing me I'm pre approved for the credit card, but when I go try, it says I'm not eligible and to try again in 6 months
Once someone from their CS called and asked if I wanted a credit card, I said sure, she said I'm pre approved and I just need to provide some details, and I said sure, then she got the same message and she hung up on me
🤣 reverse rejection
All the time!
They have good cards that fit me but I feel like they are fucking with me for fun.
Been in the error zone since months, their CS calls, approves & hangs up. It's as if there is something in my credit file that makes me toxic to grant a CC to.
Shittiest sales & IT of all banks I guess.
I wanted their IDFC RuPay Power/+ cards. They are co-branded with hpcl & best UPI cards available.
