Interview at google - Strategic partnerships manager

Hey Guys

I have the business round interview at google tomorrow. Looking for tips to help crack it. I have gone through the guide but i have a couple of questions:

1. How to prepare for the hypothetical questions? Example - Imagine you are leading the gmail business and everyone else has started charging a monthly subscription. How would you react?

2. What is the preferred way to answer questions asked on experience. Is there a particular format they like?
