Job for a frontend developer without any degree

Hello, so I am a 26 year old, working in a BPO. Currently I am learning JavaScript and want to become a frontend developer. I don't have any degree and completed my 12th in 2016. Is it wise to pursue any degree for frontend developer job or learn programming and create some projects and is there any company in India who will provide job with only skills and without any degree?
