Fresher with good and relevant internship experience, I'm getting rejected for some job roles where I am overqualified(not being cocky)
For job roles, I'm excited about there's work ex needed but one seems to be giving me the job, how will I get work ex? I have sent LinkedIn DMs, cold emails and what not but still nothing. I am getting rejected or worst no revert.
I have worked and want to work in the marketing&brand side preferably learn from senior folks in the industry but seems impossible in this market.

But in recent times I have observed , in Marketing, people would like to hire who had been part of demand generation teams ( non paid ads ) .
Basically who was responsible for generating demand thru marketing activities not the sales activities.
So if you can clearly tell in your cv the way you have generated demand thru your activities, it would be helpful for you .
Hiring is more for experienced folks currently as companies are risk averse. Anyway, u can just keep trying I guess.
